What the work involves

• In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our agency's growth by generating leads, conducting cold outreach, and securing new client partnerships
• Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective corporate/business clients across targeted industries through online research, LinkedIn, and market databases
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate high-volume outbound cold calls, send targeted emails, and reach out to decision-makers to present our digital marketing services
• Client Acquisition: Schedule and participate in discovery calls/meetings to present agency solutions and secure new client partnerships
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update daily outreach activities, client responses, and lead statuses in the CRM database
• Market Research: Gather competitive intelligence, understand client pain points, and assist in tailoring pitch proposals

• We are looking for an ambitious, energetic Business Development Associate to join our team
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate who has completed a Management/Business Administration course (e.g., BBA, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent)
• Experience: 0-3 years (Domestic Clients)
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Calling Skills: Excellent telephone etiquette, strong persuasive skills, and confidence in pitch delivery
• Attributes: High energy, result-oriented mindset, strong negotiation capability, and resilience in handling rejection
