What the work involves

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Process Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data entries and performing clerical tasks, including email correspondence and filing, as required. The ideal candidate should be dependable, comfortable using standard office equipment, and able to maintain focus on individual tasks for extended periods. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy of data entries on a daily basis Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Ensure all entries are complete and accurate, maintaining a 0% error rate within the agreed turnaround time (TAT) Contact clients to clarify incomplete or unclear information Compile, organise, and maintain client data Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information Perform clerical tasks, including emailing and filing, as required
