• Required: Minimum Lichess Rating 1500 or Chess.com Rating 1100.
• Deliver high-quality classes: Prepare for and conduct Chess classes using the Openhouse curriculum, guiding students through rules, tactics, puzzles, and practice games.
• Track student development: Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and provide meaningful feedback to parents and the management team through regular updates and progress reports.
• Support the learning community: Interact with parents during feedback sessions.
• Prepare students for in-house tournaments, showcases and events, and participate in training and team meetings.
• Time commitment: Any 5 days a week, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Weekdays: 3:00 PM.
• Weekends: 9:00 AM.
• Note: Location- Currently hiring for Sarjapur and nearby areas.
• Classes will be conducted at students' homes.
