What the work involves

• Develop compelling and insight-led content across print and digital platforms, including articles, opinion pieces, blogs, reports, white papers, newsletters, websites, social media and campaign collateral.
• Translate complex ideas, data, research and subject matter into clear, engaging and audience-relevant stories.
• Develop first drafts of long-form content, including 500–800 word articles, opinion pieces and thought leadership, aligned with client messaging and communication objectives.
• Ghostwrite articles, speeches, opinion pieces and other thought leadership content for senior client leaders, adapting tone and narrative to their voice and positioning.
• Conduct in-depth research using credible sources, interviews, reports and industry studies to develop informed and relevant content.
• Support the development and execution of content strategies and storytelling frameworks for both small- and large-scale client projects.
• Work closely with the Content Lead and account teams to translate briefs into strong content ideas, narratives and communication outputs.
• Develop messaging and content for pitch notes, press materials, social media, campaigns and other communication requirements.
• Collaborate with PR, Social Media, Creative and Account teams to develop integrated storytelling and communication solutions.
• Edit and proofread content for structure, language, grammar, factual accuracy, tone and consistency, ensuring high-quality outputs across platforms.

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and research skills.
• Experience in developing long-form and short-form content across multiple platforms.

• Ability to research and quickly understand new industries, sectors and subject areas.
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
