• Lead AI Engineer AI/ML & Generative AI
• Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
• Employment Type: Contractual
• Design, develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python
• Build and implement NLP solutions, including text classification, entity recognition, summarization and conversational AI
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA and Claude
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate vector databases
• Build, configure and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
• Work with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio and Azure Copilot Studio
• Perform LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model evaluation and optimization

• Experience: 10+ Years
• We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and Generative AI
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions, with mandatory practical experience in Microsoft Azure AI Foundry
• The role requires strong Python programming skills, expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, AI application development and the ability to lead end-to-end AI initiatives

• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with business stakeholders
