• Own stories, highlights, pinned posts, bios, and every small detail that makes a page feel alive.
• Manage the community: replies, DMs, comments, and the occasional angry customer.
• Live on social. Spot trends, audios, and moments early, and flag them to the strategists while they're still fresh.
• Push for reactive content when a moment is right for a brand, and move fast when it is.
• Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth for every brand.
• Build monthly reports that explain why, not just what.
