• Analyze production, quality, rejection, and operational data.
• Maintain and update business performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain ISO documentation, records, and audit reports.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Track non-conformities (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audit observations.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and other departments for data collection and reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.
