What the work involves

• We are hiring a smart, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who can own digital campaigns end to end from planning and paid advertising to lead generation, bookings, retention, tracking, and reporting
• This is a high-ownership role
• You will work directly with the Stakeholders and operations team, community partners, and an in-house creative team
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, grand opening, birthday parties, memberships, events, camps, day passes, and repeat visits
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant channels
• Generate qualified leads and improve party bookings, memberships, event registrations, and customer acquisition
• Set up and manage campaign tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, UTM links, and conversion events
• Build retargeting campaigns for website visitors, leads, booking drop-offs, social-media audiences, past customers, and lapsed members
• Work with the creative team to develop ad creatives, videos, Reels, campaign copy, landing-page copy, email campaigns, and social-media content
• Manage content calendars and maintain active, accurate social-media and Google Business profiles
