• Hiring: Lead AI Engineer | GenAI | Agentic AI | LLM | Azure AI
• Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM (General Shift)
• Design and develop production-grade GenAI and LLM-based applications
• Build intelligent AI agents using tool/function calling, orchestration and multi-step workflows
• Develop Document AI solutions for document classification, information extraction and summarisation
• Work with foundation models such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and other comparable models
• Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, evaluation frameworks and AI guardrails
• Monitor AI performance and optimise latency, token consumption, quality and cost
• Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, databases and enterprise applications

• Experience: 6-10 Years
• Notice Period: Only candidates currently serving notice period (up to 2030 days)
• We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our core AI engineering team and build next-generation AI solutions for an enterprise insurance technology platform
• The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Python, Azure AI and intelligent document processing, along with experience delivering scalable, production-ready AI applications
• 6-10 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Applied AI or Software Engineering with substantial GenAI/LLM experience
• Proven experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production deployment
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability and maintainable architecture
• Experience mentoring AI engineers and driving technical decisions
