What the work involves

• Job Title: HR Executive Company: MY ARMOR Wellness Pvt
• The role will focus on employee onboarding, attendance management, recruitment coordination, documentation, and maintaining employee discipline and HR records
• Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and support hiring for factory and operational positions
• Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, collect and verify employee documents, complete joining documentation, and maintain employee records
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor daily attendance, biometric punches, leave records, late arrivals, and attendance regularisation
• HR Operations: Maintain employee databases, personnel files, training registers, and other HR documentation
• Payroll Coordination: Verify attendance and working hours, compile payroll inputs, and coordinate with the payroll team for accurate salary processing
• Employee Relations: Address routine employee queries, support grievance resolution, and help maintain discipline and a positive work culture
• Policy Implementation: Communicate HR policies, factory rules, safety

• MBA in Human Resources or a relevant postgraduate
• Freshers must have completed a minimum 3-month HR internship
