What the work involves

  • Provide end-user support, endpoint management, and branch IT operational support to ensure uninterrupted business operations
  • The role also includes IT asset lifecycle management, MIS reporting, inventory reconciliation, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with organizational IT processes and service levels
  • Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, Mac systems, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals

  • Manage endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, Zscaler Client Connector, Antivirus, etc.)
  • Handle user account provisioning, password resets, and access requests through Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools
  • Coordinate branch IT issues, vendor support activities, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, asset lifecycle management, and hardware replacement coordination
  • Perform periodic IT asset reconciliation with Procurement, Finance, and Audit teams
