• Build a deep understanding of our services, delivery model, and target audience, and reflect it in every piece.
• Produce content that supports brand positioning, SEO goals, and lead generation across the funnel.
• Tell stories that showcase our engineering depth, process, and measurable impact on clients.
• Track developments in AI (LLMs, generative AI, agents, MLOps, MCP, Eval), modern software architecture, and cloud and DevOps practices, and convert them into forward-looking articles.
• Explain technical concepts accurately for mixed audiences, from CTOs and engineering leads to founders and business heads.
• Own the editorial calendar for assigned content streams and ship consistently against deadlines.
• Help define and maintain our brand voice, tone, and content standards as the function grows.
• Proven track record of long-form technical or thought-leadership content that educates and engages.

• 2+ years of experience as a technical content writer or copywriter in a software development company, AI/ML firm, SaaS product, or IT services environment.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business and technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-experts.
• Excellent writing, research, and storytelling skills, with strong command of grammar and clarity.
• Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts (LLMs, generative AI, model training, data pipelines) and the ability to write about them accurately.
• Experience writing for B2B technology buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Heads, founders).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, microservices, or data engineering concepts.
• Experience with content strategy, analytics, or developer-focused content.
• Experience creating content for developer communities, product documentation, or GitHub README files.
