What the work involves

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for laptops, desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, internet and email.
• Manage the office/plant Wi-Fi, LAN and leased line, and coordinate with internet and network service providers.
• Monitor servers and CCTV, and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Support Gmail / Google Workspace and login issues.
• Prepare simple reports (asset list, repairs, replacements) in Excel.
• Manage the Scalefusion MDM agent (install, uninstall and rename) and keep track of all MDM-enrolled devices.

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science or Electronics.
• Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware (RAM, SSD/HDD, CPU), LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
• UG: B.Com in IT, B.C.A., Diploma in Any Specialization.
