• We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a good understanding of accounting principles,and financial documentation
• Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and quotations
• Banking & Reconciliation Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations
• Track incoming customer payments and outstanding receivables
• Monitor vendor payments and payment due dates
