• Translate business and campaign requirements into clean, developer-ready prototypes and handoff files
• Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to identify UX patterns, gaps, and opportunities across the D2C/e-commerce landscape
• Create graphic design assets for website banners, landing pages, and campaign creatives - in static, GIF, and video formats
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented, and provide QA support post-build

• Continuously test and iterate on design elements based on user behavior, analytics, and A/B test outcomes
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries for campaigns and sales
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing and prototyping work in Figma with a clear conversion/UX rationale

• Working knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Canva (for creative production)
