What the work involves

• As a Digital Marketing Executive at MavnixIT, you will run the day-to-day marketing for our brand and our clients across paid ads, search, content, and social media
• You will plan and launch campaigns, publish and optimise content, and report on what is working with numbers rather than adjectives
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budgets, creatives, and audiences
• Handle SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and basic technical checks using tools like Google Search Console
• Write and publish blogs, landing page copy, and ad copy that fit each client's brand and goals
• Plan and run social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Set up and track conversions using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on traffic, leads, cost per lead, and results, with clear next steps
• Work with the design and video teams so creatives match campaign goals
• Google Tag Manager is a plus

• What We're Looking For
• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Real project experience in at least two of: paid ads, SEO, content, or social media
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Clear written English and the ability to write ad copy and content
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certification is a plus
