• Prepare business valuations and financial models
• Prepare investment decks, pitch presentations and investment teasers
• Support financial and business due diligence activities
• Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiations and deal closure
• Analyse financial statements, business performance and investment opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation
