What the work involves

• This role focuses on managing cloud DevOps environments, GitHub enterprise solutions, implementing Public Cloud Landing Zone governance, and supporting multi-cloud infrastructure automation
• DevOps Source Control Governance
• Administer Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise (organizations, repositories, access management, security guardrails, and enterprise workflows)
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, custom runners, permissions, branch policies, and extensions
• Automate administrative reporting, telemetry, and platform operations using PowerShell, REST APIs, and Power BI
• Cloud Engineering, Governance SRE
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources hands-on with high availability, reliability, and SRE principles
• Implement and maintain Azure Landing Zones, management groups, resource tagging, and compliance guardrails
• Build and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code (IaC) architectures with a primary focus on Terraform
• Design standardized cloud deployment templates, automated gates, and GitHub-based delivery workflows across multi-cloud footprints

• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud services, GitHub enterprise management, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale platform management, combined with exceptional soft skills to drive innovation and work independently in a complex environment
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS)
• Background in financial services or highly regulated industries
• Experience with offshore team coordination and incident response models
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot for Business and AI-assisted development workflows
• Languages: English: C2 Proficient
• Seniority: Senior
