• End to End IB Role
• deal origination, execution, and transaction closure
• Preparation of information memorandums, financial models, and pitch decks
• Forming a view on valuations of companies
• This will involve the application of different valuation methodologies that will be relevant to the company being valued
• Assisting the senior team on M&A / fundraising transactions which will involve the following: Originating the client and pitching to them Preparing marketing collaterals for investors
• Key thing here would be to make the right pitch to investors which will also involve participating in ideating sessions with the management team
• Understanding the financial statements of companies and helping present financials in the most appropriate way to investors
• Engaging with investors to build their conviction about the opportunity
• Advising on a term sheet that will include valuation and key deal terms
