What the work involves

• Transformation: Support key Finance and GTM transformation initiatives, working cross-functionally to drive analysis, alignment, execution and adoption.
• Strategic Finance Partnership: Provide financial and analytical support for key business initiatives, investments and strategic decisions.
• FPA OPEX: Support planning, forecasting, reporting, performance management and OPEX activities for ISO and key HQ leaders.
• Analyze business performance, risks, opportunities, investments and resource allocation, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop clear, executive-ready narratives that translate complex data into meaningful business insights and decisions.
• Partner across Sales, Operations, Strategy, Product and Finance teams in a global matrix environment.
• Support Finance modernization by leveraging analytics, automation and emerging AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency and decision support.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with minimum 7 years’ experience in FPA, Business Finance, Commercial/GTM Finance or related areas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex analysis for senior stakeholders.
