What the work involves

• Partner closely with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Functional Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making
• Monitor and analyze monthly Direct and Indirect spend performance, providing timely insights on cost drivers and trends
• Support month-end close activities, including preparation, validation, and distribution of financial reports and dashboards
• Perform variance analysis and identify significant spending fluctuations, risks, opportunities, and unusual transactions
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational initiatives and incorporate them into financial analysis and reporting
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting packages, scorecards, and management summaries to stakeholders
• Drive process standardization and governance across business units to improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Identify and execute automation and continuous improvement opportunities to streamline finance processes and enhance productivity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and ad hoc financial analysis as required
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

What they are looking for

• CA / CMA (CWA) with a minimum of 3 years of post
• experience, or
• MBA (Finance) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a global manufacturing organization is preferred
• Prior experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Procurement Finance, or Sourcing Finance is desirable
• Technical Skills
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Qlik, Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
