• The role will provide exposure to Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and IPO transactions
• This position offers an opportunity to work on live and prospective transactions across multiple sectors
• Deal Origination & Business Development
• Support deal origination through sector mapping, company screening, investor mapping, and transaction benchmarking
• Conduct company, industry, sector, competitor, and market research to identify potential clients, investment opportunities, acquisition targets, and strategic investors
• Analyse transaction feasibility, funding

• The candidate will be involved in financial modelling, company and industry analysis, deal origination, preparation of client-facing presentations, and transaction execution support

• Track M&A transactions, PE/VC investments, IPOs, fundraising activities, and investor developments
• Maintain transaction comparables, sector databases, and investor databases using platforms such as Tracxn, VCCEdge, Private Circle, Capital IQ, PitchBook, or similar tools
• Prepare pipeline updates, transaction reports, and business development presentations
• Transaction Execution
