What the work involves

• The investment banking arm of a diversified business group, servicing private equity, M&A, joint ventures and India entry mandates, is hiring a Manager for Business Development
• Reports to the Directors
• Work on transactions across stages: sourcing, execution, investor outreach, due diligence and closure
• Lead and participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads
• both companies and investors
• Manage the team preparing information memorandums, management presentations and other transaction collaterals
• Support financial analysis, valuation and deal structuring
• Maintain investor and client relationships through the transaction lifecycle Ideal profiles:
• C lient-facing professionals from Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Private Equity / VC, Startup Advisory or Corporate Finance
• We are looking for good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a proactive approach with high ownership and fluent communication
