What the work involves

• The main purpose of this job is to ensure that the risk metrics of the loan portfolio is healthy
• Design, develop, implement and maintain credit underwriting strategy for digital lending products
• Build and optimize existing customer management strategies to improve customer level profitability
• Design portfolio management strategy roadmap based on various data acquisition strategies and portfolio management techniques
• Work with the data engineering and products team to provide user journey recommendations
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the company wide portfolio growth targets are met
• Analyze data (e.g
• traditional and alternative bureau, device and behavioral data) using statistical tools and analytical techniques to generate insights and optimize credit decisions (accept/ decline/ manual, pricing and credit line)
• Research, analyze and evaluate potential vendors/data providers for incremental value in credit management strategies
• Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management and executive committees
