Duties:

Engage with clients post-sales to understand business processes, objectives, and expectations

Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
Understanding of SDLC and requirement management best practices
Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams
Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management abilities
