Duties:

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business objectives, challenges, workflows, and pain points
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, GenAI, RAG, conversational AI, computer vision, or intelligent workflow solutions
Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements for AI-powered applications
Identify and document AI use cases, expected outcomes, inputs, outputs, dependencies, and business rules
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process flows, acceptance criteria, and requirement specifications
Define AI-specific requirements such as expected model behavior, response quality, accuracy, context requirements, human-in-the-loop processes, and fallback scenarios
Work with AI architects and engineers to evaluate technical feasibility and translate business requirements into practical AI solution specifications
Collaborate with UX/UI and Product teams to define user journeys and workflows for AI-powered features
Work with QA teams to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, business validation criteria, and expected AI behavior
Support AI proof-of-concept (PoC) and MVP planning by defining scope, business objectives, success criteria, and measurable outcomes
Analyze AI-generated outputs and validate whether they meet defined business requirements and user expectations
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate business-side validation of AI solutions
Document process changes and support clients and internal teams during AI solution adoption and implementation
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle

Skills and experience:

3+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, software consulting, digital transformation, or a related role
Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and product development processes
Understanding of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, and AI-powered automation
Ability to identify and evaluate potential AI use cases based on business requirements and expected outcomes
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams
Understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and common software architecture concepts
Familiarity with AI-specific concepts such as prompts, model outputs, hallucinations, RAG, embeddings, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows
Experience working with development, QA, UX/UI, product, and architecture teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements and projects in a client-facing delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience required: 3+ Years.
