• Analyse HR data related to employee attrition, performance and workforce demographics
• Convert HR data into meaningful reports and insights for management
• Support employee onboarding, background verification and documentation

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team
• The candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Data Management and SAP SuccessFactors implementation
• MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field
• Freshers and recently graduated candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables and data analysis
• Knowledge of Power Query will be an added advantage
• Interest in HR Analytics, HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors
