• Proven experience designing for software products (SaaS, web apps, or enterprise platforms)

• Basic front-end literacy: working knowledge of HTML/CSS and enough JS/React vocabulary to have productive conversations with engineer about feasibility and constraints
• Practical experience using AI tools within the design workflow — e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney/DALL·E for concept exploration and asset generation
• Experience designing AI-powered product features themselves (e.g., conversational UI, recommendation surfaces, human-in-the-loop patterns) is a strong plus
