•  Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bangalore, achieve monthly revenue targets, Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
•  Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools
•  Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
•  Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
•  Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
•  Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service
•  Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
