• Support transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation discussions, investor outreach, negotiations, documentation, and successful closure of transactions
• Analyze business performance, financial statements, industry dynamics, and market trends to identify key value drivers and investment considerations
• Prepare and review transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable regulatory
