• Script, shoot and edit reels, short videos and YouTube content
• Design carousels, posts and stories in our brand style
• Capture behind-the-scenes, team culture, client stories and project showcases
• Stay on top of trends and turn them into on-brand content
• Build our social media strategy, brand voice and monthly content calendar
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook: posting, engagement and community
• Track performance and share a monthly report with insights and next steps
• Work with our design and development teams on campaigns and launches
• Grow into leading the social media team as we hire
• A portfolio showing accounts you've grown and content you've shot and edited yourself

What they are looking for

• 2–4 years in social media management or content creation
• Hands-on shooting skills (phone or camera) with lighting and audio basics
• Editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Design skills in Canva or Photoshop
• Bonus: Meta or LinkedIn ads experience, or B2B/tech brand experience
• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month based on experience and portfolio
