What the work involves

• We are seeking a dynamic Investment Banking professional for Direct Client Facing
• Front-End Fund Raising & Investor Interaction
• Assist in fund-raising mandates including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Debt, and Structured Finance
• Prepare and present investment pitches to investors, family offices, funds, and HNIs
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and negotiations with potential investors
• Support senior bankers in deal origination, client pitching, and mandate acquisition
• Maintain relationships with investors, funds, and intermediaries
• Track investor feedback and manage follow-ups throughout the fund-raising cycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for Investors & Corporates for big ticket size
• Handle client communication with clarity and professionalism
