What the work involves

• Investment Banking (Equity / M&A) to join the Investment Banking team in Bangalore
• The role will involve working closely with clients and senior bankers across M&A, equity transactions, valuation and transaction advisory mandates
• Support execution of M&A, equity and other Investment Banking transactions across the deal lifecycle
• Build and review detailed financial models, DCF valuations and transaction analyses
• Conduct company, industry and comparable-company research to support transaction decisions
• Prepare buy-side / sell-side pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), management presentations and other transaction-related materials
• Assist in developing valuation analyses using DCF, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients on transaction execution, due diligence and deal documentation
• Analyse financial statements, business performance, industry trends and key investment considerations
• Support preparation of deal teasers, investor presentations and strategic analysis
