What the work involves

• An investment banking firm is hiring a Business Development Manager to work across the full transaction lifecycle
• Work on transactions across all stages: sourcing, execution, investor outreach, due diligence and closure
• Lead and participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads across both companies and investors
• Manage the team for preparation of information memoranda, management presentations and marketing pitches
• Design and build business plans and financial models from scratch
• run DCF and relative valuation for ongoing transactions
• Client management including building relationships with companies and investors
• Manage the execution of several projects simultaneously alongside Directors and Analysts Candidate profile: 4-5 years of client-facing experience in wealth management, investment banking or investor relations at a fund or PMS
• Backgrounds in private equity and VC, startup advisory or corporate finance are also relevant
• Strong MS Office skills across Excel, Word and PowerPoint, proactive with high ownership and fluent communication
