What the work involves

• We need a data scientist who will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products
• Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high quality prediction systems to be integrated with our products
• Present project plans and progress regularly to team including meaningful KPIs under the guidance of his / her manager
• Define, get validated and track: Functional achievements Agreed KPI
• Coordinate and follow up on all other teams involved in his / her projects
• Be the technical interface / representative to all internal customers for his / her projects
• High personal affinity to IT topics, namely data science, machine learning and / or artificial intelligence
• Technical understanding of product and process in FCM
• Strong English mandatory
• International mind-set

• The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action
• They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations
• They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights
• Very strong willingness and ability to learn autonomously and together with the team (e.g
• statistics, data analysis, machine learning techniques, etc.) so that these skills can be used in real projects fast
• Broad project management skills
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in networks
