• functional solution documents and own the acceptance/signoff process from E2E

• Work with various groups (client, up streams, down streams, ontology, architecture...etc) to document the current state, perform gap analysis, and develop future state strategy using tools like JIRA
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including integration, data conversion, UAT, Go-Live, and production support
• Drive stakeholder coordination for impact assessment, defect resolution, and post-Go-Live stabilization

•  Atlassian Confluence, JIRA  MS Copilot for Agentic AI (and likes), MS Office  MS SQL (Basic), Power BI (Nice-to-have)  KEY KPI’s
