• Location: Bangalore (On-site)
• Own the design of features end to end: problem definition, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to scope problems, define success metrics and make sensible trade-offs between ideal and shippable.
• Plan and run lightweight research (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and turn insights into clear design decisions.
• Use data from analytics tools and experiments to identify friction points and measure the impact of your work.
• Build interactive prototypes to test ideas quickly and communicate interactions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to and follow the design system, keeping components consistent, accessible and reusable.
• Work with engineers during build and QA to make sure what ships matches the design intent, including edge cases and empty, error and loading states.
• A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens: the problem, your thinking, the options you explored and the outcome.
• Strong fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and typography.

• Experience: 2–4 years in product / UX / UI design
• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (web and/or mobile apps), with at least one product shipped to real users.
• Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants and prototyping.
• Experience working within or contributing to a design system.
• Experience in a fintech, consumer tech product at scale.
• Motion design or micro-interaction skills (Protopie, Principle, Lottie or similar).
• Experience designing for multilingual or emerging-market users.
