• Investment Banking Associate
• We have worked extensively with marquee clients on deals across Healthcare and Digital/Technology sectors with typical deal sizes of ~$25-500Mn
• The role involves working with senior team members on PE/VC Fund Raising & M&A transaction execution as well as client pitches & business development
• Key aspects include (among others):
• Transaction Execution
• Work directly with founders, promoters, and investors
• Prepare Information Memorandums, detailed Business Plans with analysis and insights
• Valuation analysis and support for deal negotiations
• Coordination & support for due diligence and documentation till deal closure
• Business Development
