What the work involves

• We are hiring Relationship Managers
• Tele Sales who enjoy building long-term relationships with MSME customers, onboarding new customers and retaining existing ones
• You will own the loan journey from sourcing to disbursal and act as a trusted advisor to every client
• Own and manage end-to-end loan origination, from sourcing to disbursal
• Process loan applications received through channel partners
• Understand client

• Call customers and explain the loan procedure from lead to disbursal
• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Quality Check, Operations and documentation teams across the application journey

• Complete daily tasks on time and meet TAT benchmarks on loan processing
• Act as an advisor to the client
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, or 6 months to 1 year of experience in financial services (Banks/NBFC) managing the customer journey from lead generation to disbursement
