What the work involves

• Create compelling marketing content and collateral that communicates the platform’s value, features, use cases, and customer benefits
• Plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns across audiences and regions to drive awareness, engagement, traffic, and product adoption
• Write high-quality, SEO- and AEO-friendly content for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, outreach campaigns, brochures and other channels
• Own the social media content calendar and ensure timely, consistent, and on-brand content delivery
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, and marketing teams to turn product insights and customer stories into engaging content
• Support events and campaigns with relevant presentations, one-pagers, promotional assets, and other collateral
• Build and engage communities of puzzle creators, enthusiasts, educators, and businesses using the platform
• Track content and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and optimize based on data and experimentation
• Monitor customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities to keep messaging relevant and differentiated
• A personal interest in puzzles: crosswords, sudokus, jigsaws or any other kind

What they are looking for

• Excellent English writing, copy-editing, and proofreading skills, with strong command of grammar and tone
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in content marketing, ideally at a B2B tech startup. More experience is welcome.
• Proficiency with marketing and content tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Google Ads
• International exposure or knowledge of multiple languages
• Ability to work effectively with AI tools, but not be completely dependent on them
• Salary comparable to that of Tech MNCs and commensurate with experience
• Employee and family health insurance cover for Rs. 5 lakhs per year
