What the work involves

• The associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and other investment banking services
• Transaction Execution:
• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions
• Prepare financial models, valuations (DCF, precedent transaction, comparable companies), and other analytical frameworks
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support due diligence and strategic decision-making
• Prepare marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and client reports
• Support senior bankers in negotiations, deal structuring, and documentation
• Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
• Assist in managing relationships with clients, investors, legal teams, and other advisors
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, helping to build and maintain strong client relationships
