• We're Hiring | Investment Banking
• Business Development & Deal Origination
• Identify and acquire corporate clients seeking equity fundraising and strategic investments
• Originate mandates across Pre-IPO, IPO, QIP, Private Placement, PE/VC Funding, and Growth Capital
• Build relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, Family Offices, AIFs, and institutional investors
• Drive client meetings, proposals, mandate acquisition, and deal pipeline conversions
• Generate qualified business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Transaction Execution
• Support financial analysis, company valuation, and financial modelling
• Prepare pitch decks, investment teasers, and investor presentations

• Strong client acquisition, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Understanding of equity fundraising, capital markets, and valuation
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred
• We are specifically looking for business development-oriented Investment Banking professionals, not purely Equity Research or Financial Modelling candidates
