• Identify and acquire corporate clients for Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A mandates
• Originate opportunities across Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestments, Strategic Investments, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring
• Build relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, PE/VC Funds, Family Offices, and strategic investors
• Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, and drive mandate acquisition
• Develop strategic buyer and seller networks to identify potential transaction opportunities
• Manage business pipelines, client relationships, and mandate conversions
• Contribute toward revenue generation and successful deal closures

• ✅ 1–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or relevant Business Development roles
• ✅ Strong exposure to Corporate Client Acquisition, M&A Deal Origination, or Mandate Generation preferred
• ✅ Understanding of Buy-Side and Sell-Side M&A transactions
• ✅ Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• ✅ Working knowledge of valuation, financial analysis, and corporate finance
• ✅ MBA Finance / CA / CFA preferred
