• This role is centered on the end-to-end M&A and fundraising lifecycle. Ideal candidate would be responsible for driving business development, managing investor relations, and executing transactions from start to finish.
• Key Requirements.
• Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, BBA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Core Competencies Required:.
• Transaction Documents: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and creating transaction collaterals (Pitch Decks, Information Memorandums, Teasers).
• Market/Sector Research: Should be capable of deep research into various verticals and analyzing business trends/investment cycles and future prospects.
• Investor Relations: Should be able to engage with PE/VC funds, Family Offices, and corporate investors.
• Deal Management: Capability to handle both sell-side and buy-side mandates, from lead generation to final deal closure.

• Strong analytical capabilities, independent project management, and excellent communication skills.
• Investor Outreach: Should be able to identify and connect with relevant investors, PEs, VCs, Strategic and Family Offices for ongoing transactions.

• PG: Any Postgraduate.
