• Job Title: HR Executive / HR Admin (Fresher)
• Maintain daily employee attendance and track absenteeism
• Manage employee leave records, leave applications, and leave balances
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities
• Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
• Handle employee joining formalities and onboarding
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leaves, and salary queries
• Prepare daily attendance reports and monthly HR MIS reports
• Follow up on employee absences and late arrivals
• Handle general office administration and day-to-day admin activities
