• 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
• Strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning
• Expertise in credit modelling and risk management is an added advantage
• Experience navigating formal model governance processes (documentation, committee review, sign-off) in a regulated environment
• Comfort incorporating AI-assisted tools (e.g
• code generation, automated documentation) into day-to-day model development
