• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlook processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan/Forecast)
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather inputs and support decision-making
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and leadership requests

• We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to support planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities
• The role requires strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business finance
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
