What the work involves

• Edit raw footage, screen recordings, and product demos into polished videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
• Maintain high standards in pacing, transitions, sound, color, visual effects, and overall video quality.
• Generate original video clips, scenes, animations, and visual assets using AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional editing to produce finished videos suitable for marketing and social media.
• Understand the purpose of each video and communicate the intended message through clear storytelling, strong openings, and appropriate calls to action.
• Create advertisements, YouTube videos, Shorts, Instagram Reels, product demos, tutorials, GIFs, motion graphics, and other campaign content.
• Work closely with the content creator and marketing team to plan ideas, understand briefs, make revisions, and deliver content on time.
• Learn our productivity apps and their features so you can create videos that show real use cases and explain product benefits clearly.
• Keep up with new editing techniques and AI tools that can improve the quality and efficiency of video production.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, transitions, color correction, and visual composition.

• 2-5 years of Practical experience in professional video editing and a portfolio that shows strong editing quality.
• Proficiency in at least one editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or an equivalent tool.

• Hands-on experience creating videos with AI video-generation tools.
• Ability to work independently from a brief and turn ideas into complete videos.

• Experience with marketing advertisements, campaign creatives, or performance marketing videos.
