• As an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning Engineer Lead, you will help develop and deploy advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that drive innovation across FIS
• You will work alongside solution architects, data scientists, and machine learning engineers to build intelligent applications, agent-based systems, and enterprise AI integrations
• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI applications leveraging large language models, retrieval systems, and enterprise data sources
• Develop agent-based solutions incorporating planning, memory, tool usage, orchestration, and autonomous task execution
• Implement and optimize Agentic AI workflows, including multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop processes
• Build and maintain RESTful services and enterprise integrations using Python, Flask, and FastAPI

• This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on development to deliver scalable, reliable, and business-focused AI solutions
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
• 4+ years of overall technology experience, including 4+ years focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Agentic AI
• Strong hands-on experience designing and building solutions using large language models, agentic systems, prompt engineering, model orchestration, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, and pandas
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including API integrations and vector database technologies
• Experience fine-tuning large language models, including parameter-efficient techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or OpenAI Assistants API
