What the work involves

• Finkraft.ai is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building GST optimization, invoice reconciliation, and financial intelligence solutions for corporate travel and finance teams
• Clean, structure, validate, and reconcile structured & unstructured data
• Automate data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL & Python
• Perform data analysis and data mining, and identify trends, anomalies, and insights
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to improve analysis and automate workflows
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Work with data from Excel, PDFs, scanned documents, APIs, and other sources
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth & Leadership teams

• We’re looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, solving messy problems, and automating repetitive processes using SQL, Python, Excel & AI tools
• • 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis
• • Strong SQL skills
• joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions
• • Good Python skills for data cleaning, analysis & automation
• • Strong Excel skills
• VBA/macros are a plus
• • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar BI tools
